Excellent service except the long wait in between each session of being seen. The staff were excellent in all aspects other than the waiting.
Suggested improvements
I’m a little deaf so found it hard to hear my name called out to be seen, especially when it is called the other side of the reception desk. Is there some way of presenting the name actually in the waiting area?
