Gastroenterology at King Georges could not answer the phone. Switchboard operators put me through to a completley different department to get rid of me. The other department cut me off instead of referring me back to the switchboard.
All because my blood test appointment was deleted without my notification. At the Chadwell Heath Health Centre.
