Overall it was good except for blood test results which i had to wait for 3 hours each time for 2 blood tests taken at different intervals (i. e in total 6 hours just for the blood tests). Apart from this terrible wait in the waiting room. The experience was ok.
Suggested improvements
Quicker blood tests (i mean take 1.5 hours and not 3 hours each time)
Gave an option to discharge the patients rather than the patient waiting for 3 hours just for the blood test results each time.
