The experience I received on the Erica ward was fantastic. Everybody from the anesthetist that took time out to speak and explain to me what he was doing to the nurses that looked after me. And the surgeon to the dinner lady and Rocky he was entertaining and helpful!!

Only complaint was the booking in team at Queens I called everyday for a month they never called back when they said they would and was very dissmisive.
