We were seen quickly upon arrival, doctors/ nurses acted straight away to make a diagnosis we were kept informed at what/why they were doing things.
Suggested improvements
I do think the initial triage for children/ adults should be separate. I rushed my daughter to hospital not by ambulance her condition was serious, but the security managing the { } do not understand this as the parent I was forceful knowing my child needed urgent attention.
