When to urgent care as on letter straight from Harold Wood Clinic on Monday approx 10pm I was told they had no one to do my bloods and to come back 7am the next day I turned at 6.45 am to unguent care they sent me to a&e who looked into it and could Not believe I was sent Home the night before, the nurse from a&e contacted the blood department re the bloods needed and was told I was to go to urgent care. The nurse walked back with me and my husband to urgent care because urgent care should not have sent to a&e the nurse that sent me away argued with the a&e nurse shouting at her (the shouting was only one way) that she was not taking me after 20 mins my husband said we are here you know and the urgent care nurse said ‘this is nothing to do with you’ I then ask the a&e nurse if I could go back with her because the urgent care nurse clearly did not want me and I was told by the urgent care nurse, this is not your problem my husband said it clearly is after another 10 minutes of the urgent Care shouting at A&e nurse she then decide to keep and treat me then moaning to another member of her team about my bloods. He then took me To another room without me being booked in because the booking in receptionist had FORGOT she was working I was eventually booking in at about 8.30/8.45 ( 2 hours later. No one should ever go through what me and my husband it but doing to a person who is poorly is just UNACCEPTABLE
