Most staff were kind and caring but on more than one occasion mum said staff were not careful when changing especially in the night. Some could be a little rude and needed braining on bedside manner. Some staff were excellent was made by me to manager.

Suggested improvements
- Not told patient about diagnosis alone when family asked to be called/ informed to be their. - Provided a longer more selective range of food/ warm food family members provide.
