Both Sarah and Shelly were kind, considerate and receptive. They conducted their examination with professionalism. I was treated with courtesy and respect.
Suggested improvements
The time lapse and uncertainty of surgery dates appears a bit too long. But I guess it's the system and shortage that's to be blamed.
