Awful communication. Appointments made without consulting me. Appointments canceled without consideration of the implications on the patient. Wrong information on the appointment letter clinical and admin staff not communicating.

Suggested improvements
Try to imagine service users as paying customers instead of just another face. You might find you treat them with more consideration and respect. The absence of being rude is not the same as being kind and polite.
