The reception lady was very nice but I believe that the once doing the biopsy care very inefficient. We have noticed that they have been very {} about the situations. There were not a lot of patients but they have been very slow! This is not a reflection of the department. I think only of the 2 inefficient staff.

Be time sensitive! Scheduled appointments have delays but should be properly communicated to patients.
