When Mua was seen, the service was excellent, kind, professional. But mum aged 89, was here for 11 hours because the staff were not calling her name in the waiting room, only up the corridor.

Suggested improvements
When calling patients, especially old ones, walk to the reception desk and say the name clearly. I work here I would not treat people like this. Far from apologising, I was made to feel like it was my fault that we missed her being called.
