Lovely positive atmosphere on the ward. Staff told us everything they were doing and answered questions professionally. Efficient timing of operation, aftercare and discharge. My stay was actually enjoyable it was very quiet at night - not take my first stay. Thanks to all staff. Great team.
Suggested improvements
Although I said I am vegetarian, I was served meat at lunchtime. I recommended them for supper and was given fish. I ended up with mash and mixed veg. So how can I inform catering I am veggie? I am also thinking of other vegetarians that may have the same experience.
