Nurses and staff on the ward have been kind, friendly and helpful for the second time. Excellent ward teams./nThank you.
Suggested improvements
King George admin and bookings has been disgraceful. Referral handled wrongly. I was lost on the system and appointments forgotten. To be requested been told 3 times it's been a mess.
