Firstly in my previous review here on this website I mentioned each invitation to give feedback BE EXACT OR BE SPECIFIC WHICH DEPARTMENT OR HOSPITAL WITH APPOINTMENT DATE BECAUSE BARKING & HAVERING ARE MADE MANY DEPARTMENTS THEIR OCCASIONS I HAVE MORE THAN ONE APPOINTMENTS ON SAME DATES. Back to the reasons they score those stars were base on their attentions to all staffs professionally & correctly doing their works from the receptionist who call a day before to remind me of appointment and other staffs/nurses were very good.
