Staff were unresponsive for them first hour. Then came Mourine and she did all the OBS/ECG and also took bloods despite it was her time to go home. The consulting doctor was very aggressive and did not bother answering our questions and no clear communication.
Suggested improvements
Treat patients and human beings not conayer {tablets}. You need more caring staff like Mourine.
