Talking and laughing about patients Inches from my bed arguing very immature for a ward they unorganized wrong name on my bed fighting over lunch breaks stop

Stop mocking physicrate patience out them on correct ward not having them screaming for 3 days straight when ask they say they don't where to put them 5 year olds act with more compassion. And make sure they speak English not in native young around patients and staff stop getting doctors to do other doctors jobs when they are not trained to do it. All patients on my unit were appalled none of us got sleep for three red days it was torture I had to discharge my self I could take no more.
