Other than a lengthy wait after my appointment time, (due to having one fewer doctor on duty), I found staff friendly and approachable, and I was able to understand test findings and discuss further steps. Thank you

Suggested improvements
We were not offered a buzzer when we arrived, even though reception staff were aware of the delay. We only knew this was an option when we overheard other patients being offered one. We therefore spent around an hour and a half in the waiting area when we could have gone elsewhere for refreshments.
