Doctor involved in my care communicated well and answered all my questions as to what we are investigating and why. Nurses involved also were very professional in their job and given very clear instructions how I have to collect the urine sample over the 24 hr period and exactly when I have to take the tablet given before my appointment next day. All in all everyone involved in my care showed great professionalism in what they were doing. This includes the receptionist that came to ask me while, I was sitting waiting outside nurses room, to check whether someone has checked me in. In summary very pleased this time for attending the King George Hospital.

No all was fine this time around.
