Arriving early morning 7am into adult days care unit only to sit and not have been seen until 13.30pm I was having a local anesthetic. And I wasn't allow to ear or drink.
Suggested improvements
You could do better by letting patient come in at a reasonable time. eg- if going down in the morning come in at 7am. If not going down till afternoon come in at 12 noon would be better.
