Overall I feel the staff looked after me like a 5* customer. Only on one occassion and throughout that night shift did I feel neglected or {111} treated. There is always a bad apple.
Suggested improvements
I feel that you have a wonderful group of staff. Treat them well and I feel they will do the same for us when in care.
