Everyone who looked after me was kind, considerate and very professional. Mark was great. Hospitals for patients is worrying. I was made to feel comfortable.
Suggested improvements
Perhaps information said I would be in hospital for 3-5 days and needed collection.
It was a much shorter stay end I could go straight home if this was { } I could have planned better.
