It took 4 hours to initially get checked.
Reception staff are just horrendously rude.
Everyone is so unbothered, realistically my self why would I want to sit in a dirty A&E that stinks and has manky people coughing everywhere unless I was concerned.
Doctors and nurses know how much they will get paid before they start working there. There was many people standing around doing NOTHING. 3 people to one patient. The whole system is being failed not failing because you guys don’t have proper systems in place.
Doctors are sitting in GP surgeries getting paid with our taxes to do nothing. It’s all a JOKE!

Suggested improvements
Everything train your reception staff better.
Feedback to who you need to get coughs and cold and temperature out of the a&e. Make GPS do there job.
Have better systems in place.
Get stricter management don’t let people stand around and do nothing. Ensure people are working.
