All staff excellent - professional, friendly, caring, patient, empathetic. A hard job especially when the NHS is underfunded putting strain on services.
Suggested improvements
A very long wait time - admitted 8 pm and discharged 10 am following day, however, I do fully understand the issues with the NHS. A long wait is stressful, so it would help to have comfort able seating.
