I had to wait 7 ½ hours to be diagnosed I waited 4 hours without even seeing anyone. The staff did see were all very kind but having to wait so long is so stressful when you feel unwell.
Suggested improvements
See patients quicker- everyone around me had also been waiting for a similar time. Some very old and obviously uncomfortable.
