Nurses lack in communication, care and compassion. Been ignored by them on numerous occasions whilst patient was having difficulties breathing. Lead nurse does not know how to diffuse difficult situations matron was great at majors department.

Offered me a seat after standing for several hours. Used the principles of care. speak empathetically. Listen to understand not to answer back. Don’t speak on top of the patient undergo some relevant training.
