I waited for a total of 27 hours. I saw over 12 medical professionals. They lost my urine sample, I went and looked for it. They mistakenly took me to ward and wasn’t communicating what was happening, I was discharged but doc didn’t tell nurses. I had to repeatedly go and tell them to read my notes to see I’ve not had scan, the nurse thought I’d already had it. I was only discharged when I repeatedly told them to look at my note. Doc promised to prescribe me a specific painkillers but didn’t put it in my notes. Communication was very very poor.

Suggested improvements
Communicate, stop transitioning us from one room to another only to return to that room again. Actually answer our question instead of repeating answers that didn’t answers the question. No one was willing to just check note and see if they can help. Worse experience with A&E ever. All process are longer and unnecessary.
