* Readmitted via doctor phone call, had go through the whole admission process again.
* No bed in ward for 24 hours.
* Not seen by doctor 21 hours.
* Only 2 toilet in the whole nurses area.
Suggested improvements
* If being readmitted by doctors request the process needs to be made easier.
* More toilets and clean.
