Received a call previous day requesting a day earlier agreed 10.00 appt. arrived at 9.45 having drink the requested amount of watic waited patient and time came and went, 10.30. 11.15 nurse said soon bladder full {}

Everything, practice customer care. When I came out there were two nurses looking at me, talking and laughing which I felt was at me, no I am not {}
