I wanted to inform you of the outstanding care i received in your endocrine department day service. I was greeted by a nurse Anna who was polite and friendly and during my visit with you came in and out of the room, making conversation and checking I was ok. I felt like royalty as if i was the only one and most important person in the hospital.
I want to say a special thank you to the nurse Nancy Enriiquez who looked after the whole 5/6 hours. She is such a credit to the NHS. She explained what was going to happen to me, always asked me how I was. Made me feel at ease, was very funny, relaxed. Listened to me. Nurses like Nancy are few and far between that I have dealt with . It is a shame she cannot do all my other care. You can see her passion and care. Amazing member of staff. THANK YOU NANCY.
