Medical staff seem to patronise , regardless of your own intelligence or professional standing , not all but some !
Ineffective use of time and repetition of the same task .
Waiting 9 hours to be dealt with is not acceptable, given I was sent here for something that I was told was spreading rapidly and could affect my brain

Communicate .
Talk to people on a level not down .
NHS may be a free service but it is not free and we the public pay a huge amount for it , therefore to give the impression you are an inconvenience and somehow not deserving of good service is very poor
