I spent 20 hours in a wheelchair in King Georges Hospital A&E. I asked twice for some food, and none ever arrived. All I got was 2 cups of tea because a member of the public got them for me.
One member of the Reception desk gave me her own snack after 16 hours.
There were sick bowls left on the floor by patients and left for hours before cleaning staff cleared them.
Suggested improvements
You could of offered me food, water/ fluid as I was was waiting 20 hours, on my own!
Other wheelchair patients were desperate for the toilet and couldn't access them without help.
