A lovely nurse who explained what she was doing for our elderly mum.
She was approachable, kind and welcomed questions which was much appreciated.
Additionally the pain medics were also genuinely caring and helpful, again answered our questions and explaining details etc. Thank you all for the care shown to our mother.
