The service was neither good not poor.
I was good because all my medications and insulin was given promptly and timely.
It was also poor in some ways became when you ring the bell the nurse takes a long time to attend when I needed practioned, and the nurse is busy. I { } to wait for her { } she is { }other nurses allowed to give me the paracetamol.
Suggested improvements
Yes, I would strongly recommend that during handover time, all nurses are busy and way take 20-25 minutes before they are the patient. So before handover nurses make sure that patients are well - equipped with medication. And if the antibiotics finished during handover. The patient quiet wait for 25 minutes before nurse { }.And the beep in the machine goes off so lovely and it is { } other patients.
