Because we were delighted to find the service so good.
Suggested improvements
Everything was really fine , but we went into main hospital and followed rheumatology sign that led nowhere! A male nurse was at a loss, eventually found the sister of rheumatology who said to go out of hospital and turn left. Eventually found it but totally exhausted.
Signing was rubbish. But staff and rheumatologist kind and helpful.
