More efficient
Yes, I was treated very well by all the doctors. They gave every information regarding the treatment on time and checked up time to time while I was admitted there. The staff was very good and treated comfortably.
I was treated extremely well. I felt staff were concerned for my well being. I felt a little excluded from some aspects but probably justifiably so. The 10 hour wait in A&E was an abomination. There needs to be more staff, more facilities in A&E to handle the volume. I blame the government not the hospital. What happened to the 4 hour target?
I was happy about the way they treat me with care.
It was well deserved
My care and treatment was very good
The staff were very friendly and helpful to me
I was most impressed with out patients, thought it was well run but I was the first appointment of thd dsy!
I felt that way
Some of the nurses were really kind and helpful but there were two nurses that were really rude and blunt. I felt worried through the night as I didn’t want to press the help button as I felt like I was asking for too much from them.
One of the nurses was trying to help me on the commode and asked another member of staff to assist, the other nurse stated she was busy doing tea orders and shut the door in her face so my husband had to assist but was worried he was going to hurt me.
Another nurse was really argumentative towards the Dr advising what care I needed to go home with, it’s was really unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable that she wasn’t going to listen to the Dr as soon as they left.
The tea and dinner orders were brilliant. She was lovely.
I had major heart attack in hospital and no nurses cared and I got assisted 13 hours later.
