My mum has alzheimers and from the time we arrived in the ambulance they were brillant with her.
Never left her side.
The doctors and nurses were very kind.
They communicated with us about every step they were doing.
Suggested improvements
You did everything we could ask.
I did request a sandwich and drink for mum which didn't turn up,but we bought it from Costa.
