I was down there 8 hours, didn’t get my blood or ecg results. Didn’t get to sit down with the doctor and explain what was going on. I was diagnosed with bell palsy the doctor was so rude and told me ‘ you just need to take steroids ‘ and walked away and went to next patient. When I asked what else I do he said I’m disturbing him. I asked for his name and he said he ain’t telling me. I asked the other night nurse what his name was she responded ‘ I dunno why you asking me ‘ I asked the nurse in charge what his name was she said ‘ if he wants to tell you he would. If you want you medication I suggest you sit down. I was treated so bad ans still do this day I don’t know anyone’s names or what I can do for my Bell’s palsy. I am so disgusted we got treated like animals

Just basic communication would have been better and care of all the patients not me….people shouldn’t do some jobs if they do not have basic people skills

14 hours waited My blood test I took was rejected Wasn't told why Made to wait till 430am to get everything done They made me wait in the wrong ward Poor communication

I was looking after very well and I’m so so grateful to your amazing team. In my darkest place there were angels supporting me with their kind words, looking after me with compassion and caring. Words would not be enough to say Thank You. Keep up with your dedication and love for others

Given the current issues facing NHS your staff are doing well however the waiting times for ambulance service needs improving

Enjoyed my stay. It's, perhaps, a shame I couldn't stay longer

I would have preferred not to have taken the paracetamol because the pain had subsided once I rehydrated. Other than that I have nothing to c0mplain about

In the accident I was involved with I was made to relax and that helped with the pain and uncertainty that I was experiencing. I felt I was looked after extremely well.
