Share review of King Edward VII Hospital
I had an extremely bad experience at this hospital and in particular with the nursing stuff and aesthetic practitioner. I would highly recommend the HCA hospitals if you want private hospital care, especially if you have overnight stay.
1. When I entered the pre-surgery theatre room, the aesthetic practitioner was playing extremely loud music, did not even greet/speak to me and started throwing cables, wires on my body. Not even once did he look at me. I felt quite scared if I am honest. Thankfully the consultant entered just when I was going to ask to cancel the surgery and she was very pleasant.
2. Following the surgery, I had to ask three times for painkillers the nurses. Each time I called the bell a new nurse would come and each time no one would bring me the painkillers. I had to complaint and the excuse I got was that they were not working there usually and they were temp staff.
