The Reception staff ([name removed]) were exceptionally efficient in giving me an early referral. the two technicians I was referred to, namely [name removed] and [name removed] were outstandingly, helpful, efficient, and together, they managed to solve my problem. I have always had brilliant service from this audio clinic way back to when I started with them. They are a credit to the National Health Service.

I really can’t think of anything because so far, they seem to be doing it right.

The hearing and Balance unit at King Edward hospital is so vital
I had Hen and she immediately put me at ease explaining every aspect of what was going to happen and the results
Came away positive that I can get better hearing couldn’t have had a more excellent appt

Perhaps keeping me informed after I left as to when I might receive my next appt as were hoping to put more appts available possibly at weekends which would be great news
