I scored lower as the consultant i spoke to wasnt fluent in English, which made it very difficult for me to understand and he wasnt very clear. He did alot of talking, when he asked a question i wasnt able to answer fully as he kept interrupting me my hearing isnt the best and this made me feel the experience wasnt the best.

Potentially given me the chance to explain how my lifestyle is, what my day to day life looks like and what i do to support my diabetes but i wasnt given this opportunity

The consultant listened properly to my concerns and wasn't at all patronising

The nurse who took my blood pressure only did it once and the register was high. If she'd done it again I might have calmed down enough to get a more normal reading.

I didn’t feel particularly comfortable with my doctor and there were issues with my booking in the first place - nobody seemed to know if it was in person or on the phone despite me checking beforehand

Ensure better communication between staff members especially when replying to emails. Nobody ever answers the phone also.
