Lots of information and felt comfortable regarding all my questions, the nurses told me everything I needed to know and feel much better in my home environment and knowing I can contact them if need be

We were treated intelligently and given plenty of time to ask questions. We learnt so much. [name removed] is a natural teacher. The diabetic Libra course was online and I was amazed by how quickly the 1½ hours went.

I would have liked [name removed] to speak just a little slower. I think she had so much to tell us it felt just a little rushed but I do understand why that might happen as it would be impossible to fit everything in!

Specialist was very good and knowledgeable, helpful and respectfull. Didn't have to wait too many weeks for the referall. Balance clinic staff very good...... Unlike cardiology still waiting despite 3 referalls and since January !!!!!!!

Improve other services to the same level such as cardiology and respiratory- still waiting for appointments 8 months later!!!!
