Was saying on time, but the nurse admitted she was not fully prepared as they were system issues. Further frustrated that should’ve seen previously again fell out of your system for unknown reason

Suggested improvements
Been better prepared, book the follow-up appointment. Two days later have received a letter which I’ve now got to phone the appointment line. Sometimes we appear to go round and round in circles and everything is done on one visit the NHS.
