My frail elderly dad was treated with kindness and expert care during his appointment with [name removed] and his supervising colleague. They both made my dad feel like an individual and that his care was important to them. We had to use our own IPad to communicate by turning speech into text so this took time but they willingly adopted this method of communicating with a very very deaf elderly man and the appointment was very worthwhile and they plan follow up care to help My Dad and therefore his family.
