I came to this wonderful hospital for a minor knee procedure.
All the staff were professional and happy which makes a nice change.
Special mention to the pre-assessment team: as explained I had a needle phobia, so the senior nurse was called in. She was bubbly and confident, made me feel completely at ease and actually had me laughing whilst my blood was taken.
Admission and discharge went smoothly. Porter team were promot and friendly. Day care team were very accommodations and nothing was too much of a problem.
