From the moment I entered KIMS hospital for my day procedure, I felt welcomed and in safe hands.
Every person I had contact with, medical team, porters, admin, catering were all simply lovely. I was treated with the upmost respect and care.
The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The care both before and after surgery, simply the best I could wish for.
The Life Box which I completed before admission and also the diary I kept on discharge was easy to access and an easy way of staying in touch. Any worries or concerns that I mentioned in the diary were addressed with a phone call to me.
I am more than happy to recommend KIMS hospital.
