After recently undergoing an operation at KIMS hospital I would like to pass on my thanks to all the hardworking staff there who cared for me day and night and made my stay a pleasant one, especially to the theatre staff who were so lovely and made me feel relaxed before my operation, the nurse who managed to get the compression socks on me and the catering staff for packing up my delicious lunch for me to take home!
I had an excellent surgeon who I have reviewed separately.
My room was spacious and comfortable with very well appointed ensuite facilities.
There was a plentiful choice of meals on the menu and I never ran out of a fresh jug of drinking water.
Since my discharge I have been using the hospital's Lifebox facility as a means to follow up my recovery and received a prompt response by telephone when I raised a concern via this.
I had minimal waiting times for my outpatient appointments and overall I would think that any reasonable person would find it hard to find fault with this hospital if they chose it for their treatment.
