I arrived early for my operation where I was taken to my own room, I didn't feel nervous because you was made to feel relaxed by all members of staff. My husband wasn't chucked out the minute I was taken down and was put at ease through out the time I was there. After care was amazing I can't recommend this hospital enough not one bad word with any of the times I've been there.
