I fell down the stairs on 28th of July 2019. It was one day before my holiday. They helped me a lot. Went to A&E department. I want to thank you nurse/doctor that saw me and the team that did xrays. They were very helpful and checked me properly. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the lady that saw me as my leg was paining too much. On this occasion I was very happy with the treatment.
On terms of improvement it would be nice if reception register your case straightaway when they see you. But otherwise I am very happy.
