I didn’t feel safe in the care at KGH
1. They didn’t address me correctly
2. They didn’t make sure my bedding was clean
3. They didn’t give me information as to what is happening to me or when I’m leaving
4. The dr that visited may of well gone back to school
5. The care I received could of been improved
