I was first treated at KGH in February 2014 when I fractured my arm after a fall. I was treated with great care and respect by everyone in A and E and afterwards by the staff in the fracture clinic. Mr Shah was not only an excellent clinician but was very good at explaining my treatment and was also very kind. Afterwards I again received excellent treatment in the physiotherapy dept. Today I returned to the physiotherapy dept. for another reason and I again received excellent treatment this time from Lucie Stringer. She was very thorough, kind and compassionate.
